Cubist Animals

Fractured planes and bold geometry reimagine the animal form — each work a study in simultaneous perspective, where the familiar becomes strange and the strange becomes luminous. The paintings don’t come with any hidden meanings, messages, symbolism, or a story to unravel. They don’t represent anything, they’re to be taken purely as they appear – something bright and cheerful, something light to lift your spirits. In a world that can feel overwhelmingly heavy and stressful, I want my paintings to be the antidote: a flash of colour, a small, bright moment of relief to be enjoyed at face value. And most importantly: something to make you smile.
